{lo ganse je kansa be lo te ganse} = "Observer with a sensor".
That's how I first understood {tergaskanga'e}, but then it didn't
seem any different from plain {ganse}.

{lo ganse be da joi de bei lo fadni te ganse be da .enai de}
="Oberver of X&Y by means of the ordinary sensor for X
and not Y"

I would say {lo pamoi ke selbri klesi cu simlu lo ka xunre kei la liskos},
but if the idea is to use {jolga'e} then I suppose {la liskos cu jolga'e
lo pamoi ke selbri klesi lo xunre}.
