This is a minor release. It now detects and tells you when you need to
install the 3.5 framework. I think before it was just failing to do
anything visible when you opened it without the needed framework.
There are also a couple minor glossing improvements.

I'm probably not going to release any big new features for a while,
because I'm taking a little detour to work on making Rats! output to
C# so I can use that instead of my own homegrown parser. I also think
I'm going to go ahead and do the server-side version, hopefully to be
installed at lojban.org aside jboski, or perhaps some other server,
where it's more easily accessible to everyone. But I do want the
windows version to run for people, so please contact me with any
issues you have with this release. (E-mail is probably the best way--I
think my blog comments may be unreliable lately.)
