Oh, I thought {lo'u zo le'u le'u} was a quotation of {zo le'u}.
So there is no way to quote with {lo'u} text that contains {le'u}?

Interesting. That is definitely a simple rule. :-)
Does that mean that {zo broda zei brode} is a lujvo (rather than a
quoted lujvo)?
