(In addition to xorxes' notation that "skarpinku" doesn't work,
because it's in lujvo form, but "rp" is forbidden (I assume you meant
"skarnpinku" ("labyxu'e" and "xunblabi" are both already attested to
in the gi'uste, btw)), there is also a modifier problem here.  As you
have it, it's a pinkish shirt-and-fat type of man.  You need a "bo"
between skarnpinku and creka (or a ke/ke'e around them) (unless you
are in fact asserting that his plumpness is also pink, which a case
can certainly be made for, I suppose).
