More precisely, it's in slinku'i form. What I said is that
"loskarpinku" is a lujvo. "skarpinku" itself is a Lojban non-word, and
so it can't even be quoted with "zo".

Actually "r" is allowed next to any consonant but "r" itself, e.g.
"terpa", "zirpu".

Yes, that would be a valid type-3 form. Sometimes people think the
recipe for type-3 fu'ivla is just rafsi+R+rest, but it is not just
that. The classifier rafsi has to end in a consonant (CCVC-, CVCC- or
CVC-), and the rest has to begin with a consonant (-C...V).
