Could this be a commuity translation? It would require the text being
on some wiki so that people could translate it (and amend the
translation when needed).
For example, I would start with:
le fagri ninmu
fi’e la .frank.rodjer.
ni’o
lo xagrai rozgu panci cu se culno lo vacmurse vacri
.i le solri cu dirce le fanmo kantu fa’a lo dilnu noi fulta zuga’u lo vi’ajimte
and some more experienced lojbanitst might correct it ...
