x2 of "nipsri" is the material the tape is made of; x3 is what it sticks to.
You can say "lo nipsri be fi lo bukpu". However, if you're talking about the
stuff that joins two pieces of cloth when you heat it with an iron, the
essential feature of it is that it has to melt to be sticky. So I
suggest "rumnipsri".
