Oh, OK.
smart.fm already offers an interface that a script can access, the website
itself. With the right tools, it should be possible to mass-upload the valsi
definitions as well as the sounds without the smart.fm folks having to expose
any other kind of API to us. I dunno if rlp knows how to best do that, though.
