The former is "julra'o be li nopi'emupi'epaxa bo berti ku'a julra'o be li 
pazecipi'ecimupi'evore bo stici cange". I don't know if anyone's made up a 
word for "minute" or "second" in the angle sense; they could be "jgamentu" 
and "jgasnidu".

The latter is "la marbi rirxe ma'arbi'i", though I'm not sure that "ma'arbi'i" 
(which means "between mountains") and "valley" mean the same, although that 
is its gloss.

I prefer the latter, unless I'm trying to find the place with a GPS. It is 
possible in Lojban as well as in English for a name to be ambiguous. "la bil" 
can refer to any number of people named Bill, or to a city in Switzerland 
also known as "la bien" (it has two names because it's bilingual and the 
names in the two languages are different). I've seen two subdivisions in the 
same county with the same name.
