[lojban] bug in le cmalu noltru?

Wouldn't the {lu li'o li'u} fill the x5 (non-existent) place of {cusku} since it starts with {fo le cukta}?  If I say {fe mi le cukta cu dunda} wouldn't the {le cukta} fill x3?
