[lojban] lojban.org localization

This is something I pointed out before, and the issue hasn't been dealt with since, it seems.

The following pages (among others) have non-English translations:
 http://www.lojban.org/tiki/Lojban
 http://www.lojban.org/tiki/Lojban+Introductory+Brochure
When I set the site language to e.g. German on /Lojban, it takes me to the German page, /Lojban (de), no problem. But when from there I click "Introduction" in the menu column, it takes me to the English page, /Lojban+Introductory+Brochure, rather than the expected German page, which does exist. This prohibits me from staying in a non-English environment throughout the browsing wherever translated pages exist, forcing me to manually change the language either with the pull-down box on the bottom left or on the right above.

I thought I should remind the admin of this issue, because one Japanese contacted me again about his interest in making contributions to the site, and he is (as well as I am) distracted with its navigation. If no immediate improvement is likely, please let me know, and I'll get back to him to report that.
