How about a gismu? The official is  ratni: x1 is an atom of
element/atomic number x2 of isotope number/atomic weight x3.  I guess
x3 is overloaded? What I was thinking of before looking it up is "x1
is an atom/element with x2 protons, x3 neutrons (defaulting to most
stable isotope), and x4 electrons (defaulting to x2)"
