I proposed "xi nai" once, but with the current restricted grammar of
NAI it is ungrammatical.
(Strictly speaking, "xi" / "xi nai" are not words for "subscript" /
"superscript", but words that turn the following number or lerfu into
a subscript / superscript. A word for "subscript" would be something
like "nitle'u" or similar, but I'm guessing what you want is a
counterpart to "xi", not a word meaning "superscript".)
