Russian has Эдуард, and Georgian has ედუარდ, as in Shevardnadze. Wiktionary 
lists 愛德華 (aidéhuá) for Chinese, but I don't know that any Chinese would use 
it as a Chinese name. Chinese given names are usually one or two syllables.

English, Spanish, and Russian have many names in common, and maybe Arabic and 
Hindi have some (the Gujarati version of David is "Daud" like Arabic), but I 
doubt you'll find a name that all six languages have in common.
