The mirrors move to simulate day and night phases, no reason why they can't move slowly enough to give different sun positions that almost map to a natural day - but yes, it might be confusing that the light source starts and ends in the same place for both sunrise and sunset.  Wind might have to be artificially enhanced, as might pollination of crops - insectoid robots perhaps?
