semantic decomposition: What's needed is something that wraps around
the PEG/BNF that indicates how it would decompose. It's kinda like
BPFK work, except more formal. I've got somewhere a list of what
selma'o I think are atomic. Will share later.

snapping thing: I'd be content with a parser that has error messages
that give hints as to what might actually work, like "What you can't
put a relative clause there, but *this* might work...". Tho maybe
that'd be harder.
