[lojban] Relief returns pixra in vlasisku

I was looking for a UI for "relief" but for some reason vlasisku returns "pixra" when do search.

So two questions. 
1) how you would react in lojban (for example) if you got good (when expecting bad) results back from your doctor?  It seems like there should be a ui for that "oh thank god" type of feeling
2) how does vlasisku's search work such that searching for relief returns pixra? [This question mostly just out of curiosity]
