[lojban] threeness

Not sure why I was thinking about this the other night but, what would you do if you wanted to make a lujvo where the first and last words of the lujvo are cmavo?

i.e. if I want to make a lujvo from {ka ci} (i.e. lo ka me li ci) I can't really do that because I end up with {kamci} or {kamcib}.  Neither of these is grammatical.  Is there a way to make a lujvo from cmavo alone?
