jbovlaste has both of these, even though most definitions from
"noralujv" don't have any votes yet. They have often somewhat
nonsensical sounding definitions (take cintyfaigau for instance: "x1 is
a do with distributed-paint x2 with receive share x3.") and usually
someone else re-words the definition, submits the reworked definition
and votes on it to be included.

jbovlaste itself is, actually, the official dictionary for Lojban. At
least I see no reason not to consider it as such.
