It's certainly not just malglico. In a sense it's even more
malspano/malfraso/mal... than malglico because in Spanish "to think"
is "pensar", in French "penser", which can also be used in the sense
of "jinvi", with the added bonus that they even look like "pensi".
(Probably one of the extremely few gismu that are readily identifiable
for Spanish speakers.)
The mnemonic is a double edged sword though, because it can lead
people to an incorrect use of "pensi" based on the proper use of
"pe'i".
