Why? Can't that be open to mutual consent between any given speakers,
just like other arbitrary conventions such as the number of
continents, the number of planets in our solar system, the meaning of
"year 0" or "0° temperature", which week in a year is considered the
first, whether to use binary/octal/decimal/duodecimal/hexadecimal/any
other base for counting, or the like?
