[lojban] Getting rid of a double subscription to the group

My apologies for polluting this list with what may be a basic
question, but... I subscribed to both the lojban and lojban-beginners
mailing lists using what I think was one of Robin's servers, before
they moved to Google Groups. Now I still receive emails from the
lists, but I can't edit my membership from Google Groups' settings
(Google thinks my membership is "No emails", and changing it to
something else means I get double of each email), and I can't figure
out how to change it otherwise. (Specifically, I want to start getting
digests instead of individual emails.) What should I do?
