I apologise for the misunderstanding. Several sources mention the
potential future application of Lojban as an international auxiliary
language. Wikipedia's page on Lojban indicates one goal recognised by
the community (despite not being the initial goal behind creation of
the language) being its use as an auxlang. The lojban.org wiki page
describing "The Complete Lojban Language" mentions a community forming
with this goal in mind. And Pierre Janton in 1993 classified logical
languages (which would include Loglan and Lojban, I presume) as a kind
of auxlang. So I understand that Lojban was not initially aimed to be
an auxlang, but "never one of our goals" is kind of isolating to just
one group's goals since there undeniably are those in the community
who have the goal of using it as an auxlang.

Also, "conlang != auxlang" is irrelevant. An auxlang can be a conlang.
I wasn't implying that Lojban was not a conlang.
