Neither; the idea of making a free smart.fm clone. We don't have
the smart.fm code, nor any right to it.

You said "worse than smart.fm". I was asking if you meant that we could hardly write a /program/ worse than the Smart.fm one, or that we could hardly write a /lesson/ worse than the Smart.fm one. (And by program, as an example: The Mozilla Firefox team obviously does not have access to the M$ Internet Explorer source code, however, Firefox is (arguably) a much better program than IE is.(It is definitely better in terms of OS portability, for instance.))
