I disagree by way of example. At one point I and some others wanted to translate "nth person" in the sense of narrative perspective. We came up with {miblisri}, {donlisri}, and {ko'a zei lisri}, meaning first, second, and third person narrative, respectively. Not the abstract concepts, mind you:
.i mu'a la'o gy if on a winter's night a traveler gy noi ke'a cukta cu donlisri

I don't see a better solution than this anywhere; the "nth" solution just seems malgli, and I don't know of any other ideas in general.
