I would say "di'u noi [ke'a] te glibau", but I suppose you can also
get away with "di'u noi glibau [fi ke'a]" since x3 of glibau is the
only reasonable place for "di'u". (Assuming "glibau" inherits the
place structure of "bangu".)

I would take it to refer to the English part of the last utterance,
which may in some cases reduce to nothing.
