That's E-flat, and B-flat is "by ni'ubu", though the "bu" in "ni'ubu" isn't 
necessary, as letters and numbers can be mixed in strings.

cy ma'u. "me'o <note>" means the written symbol or name; "li <note>" means the 
sound.

I don't know all the details of naming classical music pieces, but here's a 
try: "lo cistrxaioliano be li cy ma'u be'o ke mosyjgita vomei pacipamoi bo 
selfinti be la betoven."
