Another thing I wanted to say, note that English itself is not
completely devoid of cases, which haunt it from its past, so to say.
Apart from genitive case which remains in English featured as ´'s´ for
singulars and ´'´ for regular plurals (although that one has no
consequence on spoken English), accusative case remains in pronouns:
´I´ -> ´me´, ´he´ -> ´him´, ´she´ -> ´her´, ´we´ -> ´us´, ´they´ ->
´them´.
