First of all, is there a better way to say "tense" than {temge'a}?
{.i pamai ma xu xauzma fi lo se cusku be fa lu'e zo'oi tense fe tu'a zo temge'a}

I suddenly came upon this realization when I recalled a quote from the movie "La Fille sur le Pont"
{.i mi suksa cfasanji ca lo mu'e mi morji lo te sitna be lo skina be me'e zoi fy La Fille sur le pont fy}

I don't remember the exact quotation, but it has to do with being a target for knife throwing.
{.i mi na satci morji lo te sitna .i ku'i ri srana lo za'i ce'u te renro lo dakfu}

I became aware of the subtle differences between {lo te renro} and {lo ta'e te renro}.
{.i mi pu co'a sanji lo milxe te frica lo smuni lu lo te renro li'u lo smuni lu lo ta'e te renro li'u}

Forgive the crappy lojban; I'm just trying to practice.
