Haha, that's crazy. I think if english sounded like "I you this ball that dog the yard play" I would have a hard time of it.  I guess it's all just in what you are used to.

I don't know whether Turkish does, but it's normal thing in German. It works for about 200 milion speakers, so it can't be that bad :)
