You should probably require all user contributions to be CC-BY-SA 3.0
to be clear about licensing. [1] This is the license Wikipedia uses.

It doesn't work with Gnash [2] (the free software [3] implementation
of Flash). I get an error stating "Sorry, Failed to load flash file on
the right".

And it's preferable that you release the code under a GNU license
(remember, your bottom line comes from the *service*, not the
software). In general, I don't enable JavaScript to avoid "The
JavaScript Trap". [4]
