Umm, how does the place structure of a JA tanru work again? Because this is the place structure you seemed to be using:
selte'i = x1 is/are the only one(s) with property x2 among x3
But this is the place structure of xagrai:
xagrai =  t1=x1 is the best among set/range t4 for x2 by standard x3.

(FWIW, gi'a would have eliminated this question.)
