So .... thanks for your review.
And I reupped renewed dict package.
Here is the changelog

2011.05.17. All dictionaries have been converted to UTF-8 encoding (robin, thanks for pointing out !)
2011.05.17. jbo-eng_rupnu and eng-jbo_rupnu were in fact buggy so they are fixed now  (robin, thanks for pointing out !)
2011.05.17. jbo-jbo_la-uikipedias (i.e. export of jbo.wikipedia.org) is temporarily disabled (the dsl file is empty) until new better conversion is applied.

Seems to work fine in GoldenDict. Please check again.

Yea, it's a major flaw of these Android apps. GoldenDict works fine so when i type in "chisel" GoldenDict immediately outputs
"d1=c1 is a chisel for carving d2=c2 with blade of material d3. (Cf. rokci,mudri, jinme, tarmi, blixra, larcu, mruli.)"

That's why I don't need jbovlaste glosswords dictionary anymore.

I repeat, now I have no need in glosswords, but if someone else needs it...

The bug in jbovlaste export is such:
two jbovalsi (jbovlaste definitions) have the same glossword.
When I export TeX file from http://jbovlaste.lojban.org/export/latex.html
it seems that English--> Lojban part of the TeX file loses all but one definition so the glossword points only to one of the jbovalsi.
You can check by exporting the dictionary to pdf format.

There is also a problem of losing etymology and examples during export. These bugs seem more important to me.
