Correct. But the sound mappings are different, I used the mappings we
use here in Egypt...
If 100% like Farsi it would be:
- (ژ) for my (چ) and (گ) for my (ج)
among other differences, which wouldn't make since in Lojban since we
don't need (tc) or (dj) sounds, wasting letters and making it more
difficult for a lot of people with ordinary Arabic keyboard layouts.
Persians on the other hand already have all the characters I'm
using...

In Egypt all (g) sounds are written (ج) and (j) doesn't naturally
occur in Arabic but is rather a stylistic pronunciation used in
specific positions; and when it does happen, we usually don't denote
it. It also made it easier to write on keyboard as I'm making a layout
right now and (Shift+[ {ج}) will give (چ) so you see what I'm doing
here ;)
