Can't help with a lujvo, but Jorge Llambias and Leo Molas proposed
complete sets of Lojban words for all countries based on UN ISO codes.

In this proposal, Colombia is {gugdecu'o}:
$x_1$ is the country with the code ISO-3166 ''CO'' (Colombia) for people $x_2$.
