[lojban] Guessing the name of my country

I'm "new" in the Lojbanic lands, but I can simply say I am delighted
with this beautiful and well constructed language. I tried to learn it
in 2002 and abandoned it, but I am back, and this time I'm here to
succeed.

I'm really happy that the community and resources are alive and
growing. I'm eager to collaborate but for the time being I think the
best collaboration is to first master the language.

This is my first attempt to do a Lujvo, please help me to determine if
it is right or it can be improved. And if I did grasp the meaning:
