tg is not a valid consonant cluster[1], it must be padded with a 'y'.
That makes your lujvo berketygu'e. If you use the 'tco' rafsi you
can have the shorter (lower scoring) bertcogu'e.
I'm not sure which country from the set it would be, alas. It seems
there are several to choose from. Can you be more specific?
1: Chapter 3 of the CLL contains a description of valid and invalid
consonant clusters.
