If by "this" you mean multiple negations, it has a clear answer: na na = ja'a.

Or, as in your example: naku no da = naku naku su'o da = [ja'a ku] su'o da.

But if by "this" you mean the scope of "na", it has a correct and
simple answer, but not official, and another answer that is incorrect,
confusing and official.
