"da poi <question> zi'e poi <questioning> zi'e poi <quest>" maybe?
"lo broda no'u <question> zi'e no'u <questioning> zi'e no'u <quest>" perhaps?
It seems like there are two parts to your question.
1) how to combine concepts in the OOP multiple inheritance kind of way.
(this one is the least problematic, IMO) lojban has a plethora of mechanisms for combining things. See above for two possible solutions
2) definitions for your concepts of "Question", "Questioning", and "Quest" (all big Q)
If the concept is sufficiently complex enough that it needs a chapter in your book to talk about you may just want to coin a fu'ivla or lujvo (make sure it's big enough not to collide with simpler concepts) and then start talking about what it means. This seems to be the route that most philosophers take. I don't see why jbopijyskepre should change the pattern. Define a word that you want to contain a lot of connotation and then spend a lifetime of writing to specify all that connotation.
