[lojban] Magic Words work-in-progress repository

I'm working on implementing Lojban's Magic Words in PEG, as part
of formalizing the PEG grammar for Lojban.  Based on a conversation
on IRC today, I have uploaded my work-in-progress:

This work in progress is a test grammar containing only Lojban's
magic words and the rules required to parse them, plus a suite of
test cases that assert the resulting parse tree. 

Note that as a work in progress, this repository is full of some
pretty big lies.  While I hope it is mostly stable, structurally,
further development could necessitate making significant changes
still.

With that caveat, if you're interested in where this project is
at, you now do not lack for detail.  This test grammar will
be merged into the PEG grammar once testing is complete, sitting
between the morphology file and the grammar proper.  It roughly
corresponds to the bottom portion of camxes' PEG grammar.
