No. The tosmabru test applies to an apparent lujvo such that removing CV from
the beginning results in another apparent lujvo. "respageti" is two words, not
a fu'ivla, but it is not a tosmabru. "pageti" is not a gismu, a rafsi, or a
concatenation of rafsi, so "respageti" is not an apparent lujvo.
