But "mlana" or "mlatu" as a word is preceded by a vowel, unless it's at the 
beginning of a sentence or preceded by a cmevla. "ml" in "citmle" is preceded 
by a consonant with no pause.

Do you find "citmle" more or less icky than "cibmla", in which the consonant 
has the same place of articulation as the "m"?
