I'm not familiar at all with the more complicated characters you seem to be trying to use (as in, what on earth is "['d\&\#x292;os"? That just looks horrific...) but I do know that I tend to avoid certain text characters like the plague. That is, I would vouch for $\varepsilon$ in favor of trying to get \textvarepsilon to work. Otherwise, I'd definitely say you seem to be missing whatever pronounciation package you intended to use to parse this. Try looking up the documentation for whatever is supposed to provide the schwas, \cyrchar's, and whatnont.
