[lojban] CLLv1.1: I need a LaTeXer.

To take CLLv1.1 further at all, I really need someone in good
practice with LaTeX, as I am not anymore.

Ideally this person would come on IRC and we'd synchronize times and
talk some stuff out, but here's the general drift:

Look at
http://vrici.lojban.org/~rlpowell/media/public/tmp/cll_processed-full.tex
and
http://vrici.lojban.org/~rlpowell/media/public/tmp/docbook-cll-test-dblatex-full.pdf

Those should match up, and I won't be rewriting them automatically.

Basically, look at those, and look at all the horrible bits in the
pdf, and tell me how to fix the tex/latex to make it better.

The first thing I noticed is the spacing problem with the ToC; look
at the ToC entry for 10.10 for example.

There's a bunch more, though.
