Oh yeah, how to build:

You'll need dblatex installed for its styles.

What I've actually been running is:

TEXINPUTS=/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/dblatex-0.3.2-py2.7.egg/share/dblatex/latex/style//::/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/dblatex-0.3.2-py2.7.egg/share/dblatex/latex// xelatex cll_processed.tex 

(except usually I just let dblatex do it, but that doesn't help you)
