I agree that {ve zmadu} is appropriate, but I don't think that {loka
ce'u klani makau}
is the right zmadu3 here. Wouldn't it make zmadu4 a se klani, instead
of a ladru?
(compare with "I am 10cm shorter than my mother")

I believe it makes more sense to have an identity zmadu3 ({loka makau
me ce'u}?),
with the implied relation being simply of superset (or a similar
mereological relation
with difference).
