Compound words are called "lujvo", and they exist.

There are a few pseudonyms ("plicme") in the dictionary, such as
"camgusmis", but I suspect you meant synonyms ("mitsmuvla").

I don't know of a lojban thesaurus, but vlasisku
(http://vlasisku.lojban.org/) and jbovlaste
(http://jbovlaste.lojban.org/) sometimes have cross-references to
similar or related words.
