Hi,
I am now reading ".i le nu selkalma le bloti" as learning material. I
think, however, that part of the original text translation is missing:
=> "And he heard their voices calling his name, and shouting from the
field to field telling one another of the coming of the ship."
=> .ije ko'a tirna nu leiko'e voksa cu krixa ...?
Maybe someone can help me/the community translating the missing part?
OK, I'll do it and someone will correct me:
.ije ko'a tirna nu leiko'e voksa cu krixa le ko'a se cmene .ije ko'e
lausku vo'a lenu selklama le bloti
... well, I desist! I can't include the "from the field to field"
part...
Any help appreciated.

Well, first off, you need a gadri before the "nu", because he is not a hearing-type of event. Also, isn't the shouting in the scope of what he heard? And I am not sure why the translator is using "lo ko'a" type formats for gismu that include the possessor in them, but that's a stylistic point. I'd proabbly go with something like this:
.ije ko'a tirna lo nu ge lo voksa be ko'e cu krixa lo cmene be ko'a gi lausku bu'u lo foldi fa'a lo bi'u foldi tezu'e lo nu simxu jungau tu'a lo nu le bloti cu klama
