The conclusion is correct, but I don't follow the reasoning. I don't
think "klonji" being a slinku'i has anything to do with it.
"sklonjiju" is valid too, and yet "klonjiju" is not a slinku'i.

If -sk was allowed as a valid coda, then "mask,non,ji" would be valid.
By my rules, the "n" cannot be syllabic here, because that would leave
the following syllable without an onset. By my rules a syllabic
consonant must always be followed (as well as preceded) by another
consonant, or be at the end of a cmevla.
