I recognize that {me la .filips.} isn't neutral. On the other hand,
{kurca lupcartci}, I would argue, is neutral, in that someone, who had
never seen or heard of a phillips screwdriver in any language, would
be likely to describe it as such (to differentiate it from a flathead
or a torx).
